By creating or managing a creator account on JustStars.com (“the Platform”), you agree to these Content Creator Terms in addition to the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These terms apply specifically to individuals or entities who offer memberships, post content, or receive payments through JustStars.com (collectively, “Creators”).

1. Eligibility & Account Integrity

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
Your account must represent you and only you. Impersonation, use of another person’s identity, or operation of an account on behalf of a third party (including agencies, studios, or managers without explicit written authorization) is prohibited.
You may not sell, transfer, lease, or share your account credentials or creator status with anyone else.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login information.

2. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of all content you upload (“Your Content”).
By posting content, you grant JustStars.com a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and irrevocable license to host, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise use Your Content solely to operate and improve the Platform and deliver your membership benefits to customers.
You warrant that:
  - You own or have all necessary rights to Your Content.
  - Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  - All individuals depicted in Your Content are at least 18 years old, and you have obtained their written consent for both appearance and distribution.

3. Content Standards & Prohibited Material

All content must comply with our Terms of Use, Content Moderation Policy, and this section. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any depiction of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.
Content involving non-consensual acts, coercion, deception, or exploitation.
Material that promotes or facilitates **human trafficking, sex work, escort services, prostitution, or commercial sexual exploitation**.
Depictions of violence, self-harm, bestiality, incest, necrophilia, or extreme fetishes involving lack of consent.
“Revenge porn”, deepfakes, or manipulated media used to harm or deceive others.
Hate speech, discriminatory content, or material that incites violence.
Unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, or personal data.

All content is reviewed prior to publication. Content that fails to meet these standards will be rejected or removed without notice.

4. Age & Identity Verification

JustStars.com may require government-issued photo ID and/or proof of age at any time to verify your identity and eligibility.
You must maintain accurate, up-to-date profile information. False or misleading registration details may result in immediate termination.

5. Financial Responsibilities

You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and legal obligations related to your earnings, except where JustStars.com explicitly collects and remits VAT (e.g., for EU electronically supplied services).
Payouts may be delayed, withheld, or reversed if:
  - A violation of these terms is suspected or confirmed
  - Chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations occur
  - Required tax documentation (e.g., W-9, W-8BEN) is missing
- Negative account balances (e.g., from refunds) will be recovered from future payouts.

6. Anti-Trafficking & Ethical Conduct

You must never involve, depict, or reference trafficked, coerced, or exploited individuals in your content or operations.
You must not use the Platform to recruit, advertise, or facilitate any activity linked to human trafficking or labor exploitation.
Violations of our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy will result in immediate account termination, fund forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

You must not collect, store, or share customer personal data (e.g., emails, payment info, location) outside the Platform.
Direct communication with customers must occur only through JustStars.com-approved channels unless explicitly permitted.
You agree to comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in your interactions with users.

8. Platform Compliance & Enforcement

JustStars.com reserves the right to:
  - Monitor, review, or remove content at any time
  - Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
  - Adjust fees, features, or payout schedules with notice
We will provide notice of material changes to these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. No Endorsement or Partnership

Your presence on JustStars.com does not imply endorsement, partnership, or employment by JustStars.com.
You may not claim affiliation with JustStars.com beyond what is reasonably necessary to promote your own page.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Content Creator Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, consistent with the main Terms of Use. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined therein.
